Your tasks:
Project management

You plan timings, resources and budgets (in coordination with the team, of course)

You are the interface between customers, creation (text/graphic/video) and performance/ads

You're close: regular customer communication, moderating votes, sorting feedback & ensuring quality

You create clear briefings for graphics, ads and productions so that everyone knows what needs to be done

You organize productions and appointments — e.g. filming planning, photo shoots or workshops

Planning and (gladly) carrying out workshops on site or digitally is a plus

If you feel like it: You develop social media & content strategies and derive concrete next steps from them (desirable)

basic requirements:

You have completed an apprenticeship or a degree in marketing (or something comparable)

You have initial professional experience — ideally in a similar role (e.g. project management, account, marketing/agency)

You are in the mood for agriculture and are interested in agriculture-related topics (you don't have to be a professional — but curious and involved)

Your tasks:
You plan and create social media content for our customers — from the idea to the editorial plan to the posting

You are in regular contact with our customers, present your ideas/plans and collect feedback in the polls

You keep an eye on the editorial schedule and publish contributions independently

You develop content & channel strategies (what do we post — and for whom?)

You also produce UGC content (Reels) yourself and create simple graphics

You keep an eye on the channels on a daily basis and take over community management

You work closely with Performance/Ads

You evaluate your content (insights/KPIs) and derive optimizations for content & strategy

basic requirements:

You have completed an apprenticeship or a degree in marketing (or something comparable)

You have initial professional experience in the social media and content environment (agency or in-house)

You are interested in agriculture and are interested in topics related to agriculture

Your tasks:
You take part in local shoots & shoots and produce content for customers and for our lænd account — with a mobile phone or camera (Reels, Ads, BTS), depending on the project

You implement content from A to Z: Idea → Script → Editing → Finalization

You create creatives for meta ads (especially reels)

You edit videos in CapCut (or similar) and give them the typical social vibe (hook, tempo, trends)

You contribute your own ideas, formats and trends — and turn them into feasible concepts

Optional: You create graphics/assets in Canva

basic requirements:

First professional experience in the content/social media environment (agency or in-house)

You understand social media, actively use it yourself and have a feel for trends & formats

You can film on your own — with a smartphone and camera

Safe to use CapCut (or similar editing tools)

Interest/passion for agriculture and agriculture-related topics (curious is enough — the main thing is buck)

Your tasks:
You acquire new customers for LÆND (inbound & active) and expand our network in the agricultural & green sector

You make initial meetings, qualify leads and quickly find out where we can really help

You present our services in an understandable way and develop suitable offers/packages (together with the team)

You will support the process until completion: initiate follow-ups, negotiations, contract/onboarding

You work closely with project management, strategy and performance to ensure handovers run smoothly

You bring in ideas on how we can make our sales process even better (structure, templates, outreach, content for sales)

basic requirements:

You have initial professional experience in B2B sales/business development

You have already worked with or sold marketing/agency services — and know how to package, explain and complete services in a meaningful way

You have a real connection to the agriculture/green sector — ideally through professional experience, background or your own network
