About Ole

Ole, with one foot in the vast fields of the Lüneburger Heide and the other in the stuffy pubs of London! As co-founder of the LÆND agency, he is the farmer of our lively group and a man who combines more contrasts than an English pub on a Saturday evening.

Before Ole traded in his sneakers for a rubber boot, he was a real marauder. Equipped with nothing more than a backpack and an infectious curiosity, Ole has explored the world and developed a passion for, well, everything. He then decided to study business in Hamburg for inexplicable reasons and lived — attention, cliché alert — right on the Reeperbahn. However, the rumors that he only survived his studies because he washed down every dry business book with a bottle of Astra could never be confirmed.

But our dear Ole wouldn't be Ole if he had been satisfied with that. So he moved to London, where he completed a master's degree in digital marketing and analytics and apparently spent much of his time in the city's pubs. Whether it was the loud music or the cold beer that led him to found the agency LÆND remains a secret. Today, you can find Ole either behind the wheel of his beloved Land Rover Defender or on his Enduro, although you can never be sure whether he is on his way to the next meeting or simply tracking down wild boars.

A true perfectionist who keeps both feet firmly in the field and yet always keeps his eyes on the distance. Ole brings his lively personality, distinctive expertise, and unwavering ambition to everything he does.
